Chorlyn & Jose seguerio were the best servers ever ! They were so thoughtful and kind, and made my birthday so special. Give those two a raise !!! Can't wait to come back

Yummy. I thoroughly enjoyed the steak tartare and the champagne. Such a cute little atmosphere easy reservations delicious food.

Harvest was the perfect dinner spot. The dinner was phenomenal along with our appetizers. The service was top notch and attentive. Located inside the Bellagio, it's tucked away so it gives a quiet atmosphere.

Susan and Cheech were amazing servers and made the experience very memorable as far as customer service goes. The food was incredible- I had the tamatillo gazpacho, egg plant and choc and coconut desert- all vegan. Would return without a doubt. Really cool that we got to see into the kitchen as they prepared the food.

We were lucky enough to be in Vegas at the end of Restaurant Week and went to Harvest while staying at the Bellagio. They had a great menu selection; I got the fishtail which was so fresh and tasty, bf got the salad. Main course I got the chimichurri steak and he got the roasted chicken which was basically an entire half of a chicken. He said it was the best roasted chicken he'd ever had. We added the roasted vegetable which was a variety of beautifully colored cauliflower and veggies. For dessert we each got a candied toffee pudding which was like an art piece. I would definitely come back again!

Had an absolutely amazing evening at Harvest. I really want to give a shout out to our waiters, Susan & Cheech. You both had excellent recommendations when it came to the menu! Everything you suggested was incredible & genuinely delicious. A round of applause for back-of-house as well! The salmon was sooo fresh and melted in my mouth! The bone marrow was also a table favorite (to be honest, this was the first time I've ever tried bone marrow, and I absolutely loved it). The dessert menu was so hard to choose from, everything looked good! We went with the maple pudding with vanilla ice cream and the strawberry sorbet (it had little cookie pieces in the center that felt very nostalgic for the strawberry shortcake ice creams from the ice cream trucks as a child) The ambience of the restaurant is gorgeous! The glass windows that give you a sneak peak of the kitchen are really cool! 10/10 would eat at Harvest again!

The food was great and the atmosphere was really nice. We made reservations bc we went sure how busy it'd be during March madness but it wasn't overly crowded (probably bc we ate dinner around 5:30). Highly recommend the chicken or the ribeye and the broccolini! And the toffee pudding was amazing!!

Love this place at first glance, very unique in the beautiful Bellagio Hotel, Vegas! Wonderful choices on menu, we totally enjoyed everything we ordered. Great service, we'll definitely dine here again soon.
